حيث أن جميع المواد التي تندرج تحت الاستخدام الشخصي لايتم فيها الاستبدال والاسترجاع وذلك بحسب توصيات وزارة التجاره نظرا للإعتبارات الصحيه وماقد ينتج من أضرار فلذلك فإننا لا نسترجع ولا نستبدل ماتم بيعه مسبقا نظرا لتلك الاعتبارات.

All items that fall under personal use are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Commerce, due to health considerations and the potential harm that may result. Therefore, we do not return or exchange items that have been previously sold due to these considerations.
